Built into a 19th century villa, the Amsterdam diamond museum is owned by Coster diamonds who have been experts in Diamond polishing and trading for almost 200 years. Coster diamonds are a well established and large Amsterdam based company with years of experience in how to treat and cut diamonds. Their expertise is something to be seen if you happen to be on the Museumplein.
In the Diamond museum, you’ll be given the chance to go back through history and learn about the formation of the diamonds which happened millions of years ago, The short mini film which takes you back to the formation is available in both English and Dutch. With written translations for many other languages.
