A smoking ban was introduced into the Netherlands in the last couple of years. Meaning that it is now illegal to mix your cannabis smokes with anything other than a regulated tobacco substitute which is often supplied by the coffeeshops free of charge. Ways round this are, to buy a cheap outdoor grown weed strain and mix it with your joints/spliffs. Alternatively just fill that spliff up with pure cannabis/weed and there won’t be any problems.
Some coffeeshops may provide a smoking area with open windows or an outide area. However these are rare and not to be expected.
