Beddingtons:
Beddingtons is a fine dining experience that can be found to the south of the city. Beddingtons requires reservations and is worth the wait as you will be dining in beautiful surroundings with a great atmosphere. As Beddingtons is by reservation, don’t expect to be ordering on the run. The food is freshly prepared under the watchful eye of Jean Beddington. Take your choice between the fusion cooking styles of French,Indian,Japanese as well as British.
Cafe Roux:
Cafe Roux is for those who want fine French dining without having to leave Amsterdam centre. Located on Oudezijds Voorburgwal just off of DamStraat, so Fine dining can be yours without the need for travelling too far if your already in the city centre. The casual atmosphere of Cafe Roux suits the location that over looks the relaxing canals of Amsterdam. The Cafe can be found in the main building of The Grand Amsterdam Hotel and is run by its owner, Albert Roux.
Segugio:
The Segugio restaurant is an open layout style Italian restaurant. Covering just about every Italian dish you can think of, the Segugio has much more to offer than a regular Italian menu. Take a look at the Venetian style dishes they have to offer as you may not be able to find them anywhere else in the city. Find the Segugio in the south of Amsterdam.
Duende:
Duende can be found in the Jordaan part of Amsterdam. Offering great Spanish food in an atmosphere thats just as amazing is what gives Duende Tapas bar the edge over the others like it. At reasonable prices and with music to relax and enjoy your fod too. Duende also has a small studio out the back to provide guests with Spanish dancing as well as Spanish music classes.
Dynasty:
Find the Dynasty restaurant just on the edge of the Singel canal. Dynasty provides a fresh taste of Asian cooking without leaving Amsterdam at all. Although once you’ve tasted the food, you may be pinching yourself just to make sure you haven’t somehow skipped across the world. Offering a range of Vietnemese,Chinese and Thai dishes, there’s something for everyone here.
Kaiko:
The Kaiko is in a part of Amsterdam that is surrounded by parks. Offering its guests the some of the best there is in Sushi restaurants. It’s well known for serving and keeping happy many Japanese businessmen and tourists that frequent this special sushi house. Enjoy some sake as you take in the surroundings and wait for some of the best sushi in town to be served straight to your table.
