Our Amsterdam Holidays

Just a brief update to let some of my excitement out. It’s now less than 1 month until we set sail for Amsterdam and the most enjoyable time we plan on having whilst there. So many plans have been made and unmade during the last couple of weeks.

Among things that have been given the go ahead only for it to be quickly taken back, Are things like a trip to the Heineken experience (It’s closed for maintenance.) Visiting the dungeons (Decided against it due to the pricing.) along with other events i decided not to put here . The bottom line is, theres just so much to do in Amsterdam that it’s difficult to plan what we want to do without actually being there. Plus the weather is always a huge factor, and it’s unpredictable. Maybe if the weather is good whilst we’re there, maybe we’ll sit in Vondelpark for a little while and take the weight off of our feet.

Things we do have planned are, to get pretty trashed on the ferry on the way over there. Being trashed should help with the whole idea of attempting to sleep, or not. We’ll just have to see I guess. Visiting various coffee shops across Amsterdam to see what they have to offer. As well as taking a canal cruise or two along a couple of the canals.

In just a few weeks right now, we’ll all be walking the streets of Amsterdam and taking in the culture (and other things) that the city has to offer. It’ll also be a great opportunity to take some new photos for here too.
